What we collect

When we contact a business, we keep a small record about it: the company's name, website, industry, size and location, and the name, job title and business email address of the person we write to.

We also keep a short summary of what the company says publicly about its services, which we use to make our note relevant. We do not collect home addresses, personal phone numbers or any sensitive personal data.

Where it comes from

Business contact data providers, the company's own website, and public business listings. We do not scrape LinkedIn or any social network. Every record keeps a note of its source, so we can tell you exactly where we found your details.

How we use it

To send a short, relevant business email from Darko Trajanov and, if you reply with interest, to prepare a one-page AI Opportunity Snapshot for your company. We do not sell or share your details.

For contacts in the UK and EU we rely on legitimate interest: the message relates to your role and your business, and you can object at any time.

How to opt out

Reply "no" to any of our emails, or write to darko@trajanov.com. The same day, we add your address, or your whole company domain if you prefer, to a permanent suppression list shared across every inbox we send from. You will not hear from us again.
